Letters Left Calculator - Spreadsheet to figure out which letters you have left

This is an excel spreadsheet to help you figure out which letters you need

Multiple applications but made for letter beads for projects such as bracelets and keychains. Use this spreadsheet to keep track of the letter beads you have, or easily plan which beads you would need for any project!

Although it says 'letters', the sheet also uses letters 0-9 and the characters # and ♥️

'Bead Calculator' Page:
1. Count what letters you have and put them in to the 'letters you started with' row
2. If you add any more, put them in the 'letters you've added' row
3. Write the word or phrase you want to make in the 'letters you've used' column
4. Add the quantity next to it
5. See which letters you have left after making these, and which you may run out of
* This page counts all the words/phrases you've made above it as made, so it will subtract the letters as you go

'How Many Times' Page:
1. Follow steps 1-2 of the 'bead calculator' page
2. Write the words/phrases you want to make
3. If you can make it with the letters you have, it will be displayed in the 'words/phrases you can make' section, along with how many times you can make it without running out of beads. The letter you will run out of first will be next to it (This may not be the only letter you will run out of first, but it is either the one you are missing most or the first alphabetically)
4. If you can't make it, the letter you are missing most will appear next to it in the 'Words/phrases you want to make' section. (This may not be the only letter you are missing, but it is either the one you are missing most or the first alphabetically)
* This page does not count the words/phrases written above, so it will calculate each row separately
